Our Use of Artificial Intelligence
Last updated: 25 October 2026
About Time For Justice uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help us respond to enquiries faster and keep clients updated on their matter. This page explains how, and what our AI tools do not do.
How we use AI
Initial enquiries: automated chat tools (for example, on our social media pages) may help capture your details and send you initial information before a team member follows up.
Follow-up contact: AI-assisted calls and text messages may be used to check in on routine, administrative matters — for example, chasing outstanding documents or confirming an appointment. These are clearly limited to administrative follow-up.
Internal drafting support: our team may use AI tools to help draft routine communications and content. Every AI-assisted piece of client-facing communication is reviewed by a staff member before it is sent.
What AI does not do
AI does not provide legal advice, and it does not make decisions about your claim, your file, or your legal options.
All legal work — advice, strategy, and the exercise of professional judgement — is carried out by qualified staff and, where applicable, the solicitors at Real Justice Legal or our partner law firms.
We do not enter confidential, sensitive, or privileged client information into public or unsecured AI tools.
Human oversight
A person reviews and takes responsibility for any AI-assisted communication or document before it is relied on or sent to you. If an AI tool is used as part of contacting you, a member of our team remains available and will always take over at your request.
Your rights
You can ask, at any time, whether AI was used in relation to your matter or a specific communication.
You can ask to deal with a person instead of an automated system.
If anything an AI tool has sent you looks wrong, please contact us straight away so we can correct it.
Questions
If you have any questions about this policy or how we use AI, please contact us at admin@abouttimeforjustice.com or (02) 5632 1291.
